3. Booking process

According to the requirements of factory goods and foreign customers, book space with the booking agent (freight forwarder) in time.

After booking, the booking agent (freight forwarder) will give an S/O, shipping company and so on.

Give the S/O to the packing team, and the team will take the S/O to the designated yard to make a bill first. After making the bill, they will get a Equipment Handover Sheet and a seal, and the driver will take the equipment handover sheet to the designated yard to pick up the empty boxes.

After the driver mentions the empty container with the Equipment Handover Sheet, he pulls the empty container to the factory for loading.

After the factory has loaded the goods, seal the boxes with lead seals. The driver pulls the packed and sealed boxes (heavy goods) back to the designated yards (these yards are supervised by the customs).

Confirm the bill of lading in time according to the requirements of the booking agent (freight forwarder)

As soon as possible, “pre-allocation information” such as Chinese and English name, number of packages, gross weight and volume of goods will be given to the shipping agent (forwarder), and the shipping agent (forwarder) will “pre-allocate manifest” according to these information (the yard can only be delivered after the pre-allocation manifest and the heavy containers have been pulled to the yard to land, and the customs broker can only declare after the pre-allocation manifest and arrival).

After the customs system receives the “pre-allocation information” and “arrival information”, the customs broker can declare the goods.
